Does Oculista Valbom have any shipping insurance?
As our parcels are sent by CTT, we would like to inform you that it is possible to increase the parcel insurance limit to cover loss, misplacement and damage to the parcel.
Extra CTT insurance is only available for shipments within Portugal.

How do I get an invoice for an online order?
The invoice for your order will be sent by email once payment has been confirmed.

The cost of delivery for orders placed in the Oculista Valbom online store is calculated during the purchase process, depending on the customer’s location. The amounts are as follows:
- Mainland Portugal: 5€
- Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira): 8€
- Europe: 10€
- International: 15€
