As our parcels are sent by CTT, we would like to inform you that it is possible to increase the parcel insurance limit to cover loss, misplacement and damage to the parcel.

Yes. At Oculista Valbom we ship orders to the islands. The shipping cost is 8 euros.

The cost of delivery for orders placed in the Oculista Valbom online store is calculated during the purchase process, depending on the customer’s location. The amounts are as follows:

  • Mainland Portugal: 5€
  • Autonomous Regions (Azores and Madeira): 8€
  • Europe: 10€
  • International: 15€

To take care of your prescription glasses, clean them regularly with a microfiber cloth and a suitable cleaning solution.
